We have made every reasonable effort to ensure that the Goods conform to the illustrations, photographs, and descriptions found in Our sales and marketing materials and on Our website. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy in all descriptions, illustrations, and/or photographs due to potential discrepancies during the printing process AND/OR variations in color reproduction on electronic displays. However, Our liability for mistakes resulting from negligence on Our part remains intact.

We are obliged by law to supply Goods that conform to the Contract.

In the event that We identify or are made aware of any typographical, clerical, or other accidental errors or omissions in any descriptions, sales and marketing materials, price lists, or other information, We will make every reasonable effort to rectify such errors or omissions promptly. If, due to such errors or omissions, you receive incorrect Goods, you may return them in accordance with our Returns policy.

We retain the right to make any necessary changes to the specification of the Goods to ensure compliance with applicable safety or other legal or regulatory requirements, without prior notice.

All Orders for Goods placed by you through https://www.hardwiire.com will be subject to these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to cancel your Order at any time before dispatching the Goods under the following circumstances:

The Goods are no longer in stock and cannot be restocked (e.g., due to discontinuation). An event beyond Our control persists for more than 5 working days. If We cancel your Order and you have already made payment for the Goods, the payment will be refunded to you. In the event of such cancellation, you will be notified via email.

The Price of the Goods will be as indicated on Our website at the time of your Order. If We offer a Special Price, or if the Special Price forms part of an advertised special offer, it will be valid for the duration specified in the advertisement. If the Special Price necessitates a promotional or voucher code and you are unable to provide a valid code when placing your Order, the Special Price will not be applicable to your purchase. Orders placed within the validity period of a Special Price will be accepted at the Special Price, even if We confirm your Order after the expiration of the period.

Our Prices may change at any time, but these changes will not affect Orders We have already accepted.

We have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the accuracy of Our Prices displayed on Our website. Prices will be verified during Order processing. If the correct Price of the Goods is lower than that shown on Our website, you will be charged the lower Price.

If the correct Price of the Goods is higher than that displayed on Our website, We will notify you and inquire about your preferred course of action.

Upon sending you an Order Confirmation, We will provide confirmation of the Pre-Contract Information. Unless other arrangements have been agreed upon, and unless circumstances beyond Our control necessitate a longer period, Goods will be delivered to you within a reasonable timeframe from the Contract formation date.

Delivery is deemed completed when you (or a designated representative) receive the Goods at your chosen delivery address, or if you collect the Goods from Us yourself, when you take possession of them.

The responsibility (referred to as "risk") for the Goods remains with us until delivery is finalized, at which point ownership transfers to you. Full payment is required for you to take ownership of the Goods. 

We strive to provide Goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose, and consistent with their description at the time of purchase. Additionally, digital content included in the Goods must also conform. If any Goods you purchase fail to meet these criteria, such as being faulty or damaged upon receipt, or if you receive incorrect Goods, please promptly notify Us to report the issue and arrange for a refund, repair, or replacement.

Starting from the day you receive the Goods (and ownership thereof), you have a 30-calendar-day right to reject them and receive a full refund if they do not meet the criteria stated above. Alternatively, you may request a repair or replacement of the Goods.

Please note that you will not be eligible to make a claim under this Clause if We have informed you of any faults, damage, or other issues with the Goods before your purchase; if you have purchased the Goods for an undisclosed unsuitable purpose, and the problem arises from your use of the Goods for that purpose; or if the problem results from normal wear and tear, misuse, or intentional or careless damage.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable by any court or authority, that/those provision(s) shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain valid and enforceable.

No failure or delay by Us in exercising any of Our rights under these Terms and Conditions constitutes a waiver of that right. Similarly, no waiver by Us of a breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions constitutes a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

These Terms and Conditions, the Contract, and the relationship between you and Us (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of =United States of America currently in force. The parties hereby irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the United States of America courts in connection with this matter.

As a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law in your country of residence.

Any dispute, controversy, proceedings, or claim between you and Us concerning these Terms and Conditions, the Contract, or the relationship between you and Us (whether contractual or otherwise) shall fall under the jurisdiction of the United States of America currently in force.
